I would love to find someone to talk to about my youth when I lived in Gateshead 127 Morrison st I went to rose st school from 1940/1945 got my first job at huewoods teams valley trading estate till 1950 if I get a reply from anyone I would be over the moon .I hav e so much to talk about but I need a reply.Albert

I was born in 1948 at Bensham Terrace. My uncle lived in Morrison Street in 1958. It was a flat downstairs and towards the bottom towards Rose Street and all-but facing the "new" houses which backed on to Rose Street School.. Another aunt lived there too !
I may be wrong, but I swear blind he lived at 127 !
I lived in Wilson Street at the time.
