Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

Please Note: Our offices and factory are now closed until Monday 5th January when we will be pleased to deal with any queries that have arisen during the holiday period.

I grew up at 120, Costons Lane, next to the Co-Op Dairy. I remember they still had horses pulling the carts until conversion to hand-pulled electric Milk Floats in the 50's. I went to Oldfield Infants, taken on the 92 Bus. I remember the Headmistress, Miss Mackintosh: teachers Mrs. Crumpsall and Miss Keightly ( who seemed about 75!) Hi, I'm looking into the history of my family. My Nan and Grandad had a fish and chip shop in Greenford in the 50's, their names are Lillian and Charles Larter. Does anyone remember them or their shop?
I started at Stanhope infants in 1950, continued through the juniors and left the fifth year of the senior school in 1961. Is there anybody out there who was at Stanhope the same years as me ?? Eddy Davis.
Brought up from age 7 Lived at 9 ferrymead gardens directly opposite holy cross church. Used to watch all the Saturday weddings and the cherry blossom along the middle verges.
