More about this scene
The church of St Andrew was built by the monks of Bridlington Priory over 900 years ago. The original font was rediscovered and replaced in the 19th century. Next to the church is the old manor house, with gardens running down to the river. Next to the bridge is a house dated 1762, and the Bridge Inn next door still offers hospitality to travellers through this delightful village.
