Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

Sophia Bowles Born In Horsmonden 1822
A Memory of Horsmonden.
I live in the USA and have a sampler that I believe was made by Sophia Bowles who was born in Horsmonden October 29, 1822. The sampler shows the exact same date.
I just thought I would share this beautiful work that she made when she was 13.
She married George Botten in 1842. If anyone in Horsmonden has any more information about her, I would be most appreciative. It is a mystery to me how her sampler ended up passed down in my family in the US, since I am not a descendant (that I know of).
