Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.
Please Note: Our offices and factory are now closed until Monday 5th January when we will be pleased to deal with any queries that have arisen during the holiday period.

Electrical Shop In Castle Street
A Memory of Mere.
This shop was run by the Mason's.I was a friend of the Mason girls! We used to go on bike rides to King Alfred's Tower. My brother had only just learned to ride and when we got as far as the Black Dogs always wanted to get off ,so he used to pass us yelling I want to get off so we would cycle past him throw our bikes down and grab him as he went past.
Carol Mason went on to work as a nanny at Stourhead.
Further down Castle Street there was Mr.Morgans bike repairs shop,painted black,he used to sit
on a bent wood chair in the doorway smoking his pipe.
