Minehead, The Parade c.1950

More about this scene
The Parade was Minehead's market place. The Market Hall with its clock tower is on the right. The World War II air raid shelters had not long been removed from the middle of the street; at the end of the vista the old Plume of Feathers coaching inn was demolished a decade later.
