Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Nether Hall was the home of the Colt family. This great 15th-century mansion was demolished in 1773 - all except this gatehouse, which proved just too sturdy. The Colts' fortune came from Sir Thomas, Privy Councillor to Edward IV. His brass is in the church. It was one of his daughters, Jane, who married Sir Thomas More.

Memories Of Fedsden Hall School
I went to a school called Fedsden Hall, in Roydon in Essex, in 1950-53. It was a wonderful place run by Mrs. Katherine Clare. Mrs. Clare lived in a big, beautiful Georgian house on the property, with her husband, who I believe was a stockbroker or lawyer and commuted to London daily, and her five children. Childhood Nostalgia
My grandparents,Frand and Edith Cass are both buried here.They lived ar number eleven High St.Roydon.after his retirement from the London Police Force.My uncle,Robert M.Cass,Flight Lt.his name is on the War Memorial.He was,if course,killed in action durin WW 2.I am nearly 80 and live in the states.chris.loux.simonsenatgmail.com. non caps,,,

Eastend Cottages
We've lived in one of the Eastend Cottages by Eastend Farm for nearly 13 years, and would really love to find out some history and even more see any old photos. If anyone could post any on here or get in touch I would be really grateful.

Genealogy & Research Images

Despite over 20 years’ work on the archive, these scans have still not been individually checked and may prove to be damaged, faded, or not of sufficient quality to ever be offered in our full product range. However, if you would particularly like to buy one of these please get in touch quoting the Frith negative number,(s) the town name and size of print you would like to buy. On receipt of your enquiry our archivist will check the scan and advise you if the quality is good enough.

What is an Album?

An album is a way to save a selection of Frith photos, maps and memories that are of interest to you.

Creating an Album enables you to make short lists and then make a final selection from the album. In particular it makes ordering things like calendars much easier - simply create an Album of the 12 photos you like and then use the Album when placng your order - our order process will give you this option.

You can create as many Albums as you want, so perhaps make one for your hometown, where you live now, where your parents live now etc.
