Mashcourt Train Crossing
A Memory of Stockbridge.
Hi all,
In the 60's me and my parents used to visit Stockbridge 2-3 times a year as my mother was born there. By the railway crossing at Marsh court next to the thatched white cottage my father would put a stone on the track to make a train come, this was magic to me I was about 6 years old. I have been back there over the years and wish I had some photos of trains going past the crossing. Would anyone have a photo? I have been looking on and off for fifty odd years!
Thank you
