From a little online detective work I think this is a house called Hill View on the Aldershot Road. Demolished now of course and replaced by Hill View Crescent. The hedgerow in the foreground would be the Aldershot Road with Stoughton Barracks being the rectangular shape on the right hand skyline. Old OS maps online show a pond and buildings like the photo in just this place.
