Above and Beyond!
The title may sound a bit grand these days but it was so thoroughly deserved, the help, advice and continual patients of the staff concerned was a breath of fresh air and this Company was a joy to deal with, the five-star rating is well deserved and could have been even higher!

Mug with a map!
I ordered a mug with a 19th century map to be printed on it. I'm so pleased with the result! Great quality print, really clear. It's a gift for my Aussie cousin, we are both into family history and the map actually shows the tiny village where our ancestors lived. I would definitely recommend this service. Delivery was good and I was kept informed. Thank you Francis Frith!

Excellent service and product
I ordered a mug with a photo of an old church for the newly inducted Pastor.
The product arrived within a week, the personal message was perfect and the Pastor was absolutely over the moon with the gift. It is proudly displayed in his office, too good to use he says!

Memories of the Lincoln we knew and left behind
We always love the Francis Frith calendar of the Lincoln we remember from 50 years ago, when we left. Ordered one day, with our comments added as requested, and posted the next day. That is a very efficient service as per normal!

Unique 2023 calendar
Ordered a personalised calendar with pics that took us down memory lane. It arrived very quickly and just as I had asked. Amazing that one could access old photo's of places one has visited in modern times.
Also the fact that one could add personal comments for each photo made the calendar different.

Quality Picture
I ordered a framed print recently as a present and it was exactly what I wanted with the relevant, personal touch of location. It has a professional quality. Ordering was straight forward and there were many choices and variations which resulted in a lovely picture. The picture was delivered in a matter of days. Nostalgia Framed on the Wall
The photo now looks very nice framed and hanging in my hallway. It arrived well protected and undamaged.
If there is a criticism it was a tad pricey but the quality is good. Overall a good experience.

Lovely quality for a photo taken 100 years ago
Wasn't sure how good the quality from a 100 year old neg would be, but the photo exceeded my expectations. Mounting and frame looked nice quality as well. The perspex was hard to differentiate from glass, apart from weight, so was an acceptable alternative. Arrived in good time and well packed. All in all very pleased and would recommend.

Ideal present
We wanted a present for a friend's 70th and found the ideal photo of Canterbury Cathedral. The picture arrived promptly and was beautifuly framed to match the photo. Excellent product and service.

I felt I must write and thank you for my recent orders. Firstly it was so kind to honour the vouchers which are probably now out of date and only asking for increased postage. Secondly, I am so pleased with the superb mounted photos. The quality is fantastic and amazing when you think how old some of the originals are. I am so very grateful.
