More about this scene
Long Street, which was once known as West Street, has been the main artery of Tetbury since at least the 16th century. There are some fine buildings here, many of them ancient, but one or two are deceptive - The Ormond's Head, for example. Originally an Elizabethan building, this was knocked down in late Victorian times and rebuilt as a mock coaching inn.
