My Early Childhood - a Memory of Wishaw.

Hi I lived at 44 Millbank Road prob 53till 60/61 when we were rehoused as building was condemned ... our house was downstairs next to a close and I think immediately opposite was another tenement building , but smarter than our, to the right was factory . My maiden name was macmillan , dob 18.06.52.I am the eldest Janice and my bro duncan was 14 months younger . We were downstairs in two rooms and a scullery next to a close we shared outside we tgatcwas on opposite side of close Our younger bro was born July 60 after which we were rehoused . Not sure how soon after that were-housed but prob 61 as a guesstimate ... in front of us was prefabs and to the left was green hill that we played on and occasionally watched dog race .
