More about this scene

Blundellsands beach forms part of the sixteen miles of sand stretching from Waterloo to Southport. Immediately beyond Blundellsands, however, visitors should be aware of the dangers posed by the proximity of the military ranges at Altcar. The local authority has formed the intention to create the Crosby Coastal Park stretching as far as the River Alt at Hightown. Part of the planning includes the assimilation of the site of the now-demolished Crosby Baths.
