Twickenham, King Street 1909

More about this scene
This view of King Street looks east towards the grand Portland stone bank at its end. Built as the London and Provincial Bank, this Palladian-style Edwardian building is now a Barclays Bank; it is more visible now, as the right hand buildings were demolished and rebuilt further back to allow King Street to be widened.
