My family moved to Spinney Close in 1965 and I went to Hart Plain School briefly before we moved to Crookhorn Secondary. I remember we hoped it would be called Oaklands but I believe that name was already taken by the Catholic School. Hi there my name is Steve Belding and I used to live as a child in Cowplain. We lived at 29 Greenfield Crescent , I was 3 years old till I was 9. I went to Padnell Road School. My dad was store manager at Tesco in Gosport and Fareham. My Auntie Nell lived in North end , very near to a swimming pool park called The Lido.
