Wedding Baybee.

My parents got married there September 1940 after first meeting at Eastleigh Rec earlier that year (no they didn't have to get married). War time no one knew when, if or how would ever meet again so short engagement. Dad was based at HMS Raven which is now Soton Airport, parents married, 3 days honeymoon in St Marys, Torquay then dad was posted to Alexandria for 3 years. Mum was 18 & dad 21 years of age, mum worked in the laundry in Chandlers Ford.
