Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

A Memory of Ilford.
This is not a memory - more of a request for info/stories please. I used to live in Barkingside in the 1990's when I was a child. I have since moved away but I am still very interested in the history of the area, especially anything about the second world war. As someone who is deeply interested in history, I am wondering if anyone on here has any stories or info on Barkingside during the war, especially in the Longwood Gardens/Oakleafe Gardens area as I used to live there. I read in a war book that Oakleafe Gardens was bombed in the 1940's - does anyone know anything about that please?
I would love some extra info on it. Thanks in advance.
